1. Collection Pieces

At Ambar Diamonds, our Collection Pieces represent a fusion of exquisite design and personalized craftsmanship. Each piece is manufactured to order, following the specific designs and specifications displayed on our website. When you select a Collection Piece, we source diamonds specifically for your chosen design, ensuring that every piece is as unique as it is beautiful. This made-to-order approach underlines the exclusivity and individuality of each piece in our collection.

Understanding that circumstances may necessitate a return, we offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. For a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, complete with all packaging and materials.

We apply a 10% restocking fee to help cover processing costs, which is waived if the product is defective or if there was an order error on our part. In special cases such as first-time purchases and gift exchanges, we may also waive the restocking fee at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and exchanges for items of equal or greater value are available under the same conditions.

Bespoke Creations at Ambar Diamonds are the epitome of custom jewelry design. These pieces are crafted in direct collaboration with you, typically initiated through our "Custom Order" button. Opting for a Bespoke Creation means engaging in a creative process that brings your vision and style preferences to life. Our dedicated team ensures that every aspect of the design is honed to your exact specifications.

Due to their tailor-made nature, Bespoke Creations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of material defects. We accept such returns within 30 days of delivery, provided proof of defect is submitted. Additionally, each Bespoke Creation comes with a 1-year warranty covering craftsmanship defects, not including wear and tear or misuse.
